III Interdepartmental Scientific and Practical Conference "Criminal and Operational-Search Legislation: Problems of Intersectoral Relations and Prospects for Improvement"

On October 20, 2017, on the basis of the Ryazan branch of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after V.Y. Kikot, the III interdepartmental scientific and practical conference “Criminal and operational-search legislation: problems of intersectoral relations and prospects for improvement” was held.

The main directions of the conference:

1. Complex problems of sciences of criminal law and operational-search activity.

2 . Problems of provocation of a crime in the implementation of operational-search activities.

3. Problems of qualification of crimes identified as a result of operational-search measures.

The conference was attended by the teaching staff of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after V.Y. Kikot, the Institute of State and Law of the Tyumen State University, the St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the North-Western Branch of the Federal State University of Justice, the Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, the Rostov Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Ryazan Branch of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after V.Y. Kikotya, the Moscow Regional Branch of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after V.Y. Kikot, representatives of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Ryazan Region, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Ryazan Region, the Ryazan Regional Court, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Ryazan Region and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Tula Region.

Based on the results of the interdepartmental scientific and practical conference, a collection of abstracts will be released.
